Judith's Garden is a lovely New England country home dating back to 1840. The house is surrounded by flower-filled gardens and inviting mountain vistas. Guests have full use of a charming living room with its cozy wood burning stove in winter and cooling mountain breezes in summer. Praise-winning breakfasts featuring fresh home baking are served in a large country kitchen. There is always homemade granola, orange juice and a fruit dish, fresh homemade breads and muffins, plus something hot, like omelets, a frittata or pancakes. Outdoors, benches are located throughout the gardens. Guests can sit and read, watch birds, or, if they are lucky, see a nighttime display of Northern Lights. The shady front garden, with its massive rock and stately sugar maples, offers wonderful views of local Moosalamoo Mountain and the Adirondack Mountains of New York. Judith's Garden is situated in the heart of the Green Mountains. You can see not other house from the property. this beautiful area of the forest has quiet country roads and extensive mountain trails for walking and hiking in the warmer months, and for cross-country skiing and showshoeing in the winter. Guests also have direct access to Blueberry Hill's 40-mile cross-country ski trail system from our front door.
